  • 4.5 Responsibility to SGX-ST

    • 4.5.1

      A Trading Member is responsible to SGX-ST for:

      (a) any liability to SGX-ST of its Directors, Officers, Trading Representatives, employees and agents; and
      (b) the acts and omissions of its Directors, Officers, Trading Representatives, employees and agents.
